I CREATED A CONTAINER FOR EXACTLY THIS BECAUSE...

Nothing has put me more in touch with my body, my femininity, my fun, my sensuality and my confidence as dance has. 

After my divorce, dance healed, freed, and expanded me in ways I can never put into words. In the years since then, dance continues to enrich my life and expand my heart constantly. I deeply, fundamentally and intuitively believe that when women dance, magic happens.

THE GENERAL SCHEDULE:

EACH GODDESS DANCE FOLLOWS THE SAME FLOW OF:

 

Opening Transmission:

I teach a short profound concept to set the tone 

Community:

Connecting activity to meet other women like you 

Dance:

A mixture of guided, connective, meditative, healing, free flowing fluid and fun dance! 

Closing Circle:

All are welcome to come on screen and share their experience with the group.

The Terms: For women only. Your camera will have to be on until the dance begins; once the dancing starts it'll be up to you!
